We are in the Royal Burgh of Tain a 40 minute drive from Inverness off the A9 situated on the Morangie Road five minutes walking distance of the town centre and Train Station, which has ample restaurants, banks, shops etc.

Tain also is an ideal stopping off base for one or more nights for visitors to explore the beautiful historical towns and villages, also handy for visitors touring to and from the Orkney Islands and the north West Highlands of Scotland.

Our property is stone built in the late 1800 hundreds, we have off Road parking for all our guests, and a secure lock for cycles, we have a beautiful garden to the rear of the property for relaxation overlooking the hills of Sutherland and the Dornoch Firth.

We offer four comfortable rooms maintained to a high standard, Two en-suite rooms, One Double and One Double/Twin. One Family room for four persons, and a further Twin room sharing private shower facilities.

The comfort of our guests is our main priority. All rooms have hospitality tray, toiletries, hairdryers, colour TV and wireless internet connection available to guests Pets are welcome by prior arrangement
